What is it?
BiopaxViz visualizes your own homemade pathways or pathways from other data sources, which are stored in Biopax formatted files.
How to use?
In the graph viewer window below, single-click on the first button that has floppy disk image on it. In the upcoming menu, click on the menu item 'Visualize Graph from Biopax File', and locate the Biopax file that you want to visualize from the file selection window. Depending on your connection speed and the size of the Biopax file that you upload, it may take a while for the graph to appear.
