Welcome to PathCase-ReConstructed Metabolic Networks of organisms (PathCase-RCMN). We parse and store reconstructed metabolic networks published in the literature and let users to browse pathways, reactions and metabolites, see compartmentalized visualizations of the pathways, and query the networks using various built-in queries provided. Currently, our database contains three reconstructed metabolic networks for two organisms. The menu bar to the left contains links to the main components of the website. Choose an organism's Reconstructed Network Model from the menu to get to the webpage available for the reconstructed metabolic network for that Model of organism.
